Check the time difference between your time zone and local Chamdo time i.e. European Central Time is 6 hours behind Chamdo

1) Call Chamdo Detention Centre on +86 (3)895-4821803

2) If you can speak Chinese say:

我深深关注玉树囊謙被拘押的尕玛才旺。[ Wǒ shēn shēn guānzhù yùshù náng qiān bèi jūyā de gǎ mǎ cái wàng]
根据中国法律，应该保证他定期体检的权利，并允许会见他选择的律师。[Gēnjù zhōngguó fǎlǜ, yīnggāi bǎozhèng tā dìngqí tǐjiǎn de quánlì, bìng yǔnxǔ huìjiàn tā xuǎnzé de lǜshī.]
他无罪。 [Tā wú zuì] 立即改善他的监禁条件。[Lìjí gǎishàn tā de jiānjìn tiáojiàn.]
立即释放尕玛才旺。[Lìjí shìfàng gǎ mǎ cái wàng]

If you speak English say:
I am concerned about the detention of Gǎ Mǎ Cái Wàng [Karma Tsewang].
He is an innocent man.
Release Gǎ Mǎ Cái Wàng [Karma Tsewang] now.

Note: It is crucial that you use his official name “Gǎ Mǎ Cái Wàng” [Karma Tsewang] as this is his official name and the one that he is known by at the prison.
